#Pharmacological_Action : It is used to treat only Type I Diabetes i.e. Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus. It's pharmacological actions are classified under three body parts:

1) /Liver: In liver it promotes the formation of glycogen and stops the formation of glucose from glycogen. It also stops the formation of glucose from proteins.

2) /Adipose_Tissue: In adipose tissue it stops gluconeogenesis.

3) Muscles: It stores glucose in the form of glycogen.

#Therapeutic_Uses : It is used to treat on Type 1 diabetes.
